#GetFit My Journey’s Update – Past Dishes Prepared Healthy

So, here are a few dishes from a few weeks back. Cooking is very exciting and trying new dishes are as well. But, taking an old or new dish and making it healthier is even more exciting. I am so happy to share my GetFit Journey with you all.

Jamaican Style Oxtail w/ butter beans, peas & (brown) rice and avocado, along with homemade cole slaw

Bowtie Pasta, with grilled chicken, spinach and garlic herb sauce. No salt, because I seasoned the chicken well and there’s salt in the garlic herb cube.
